I salute the paralympians!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I tear when i saw their games... :'( and also feeling uber proud of them when they look so happy with their medals :)

sitting volleyball.

100m sprints.

wheelchair tennis.

singaporean Equestrian won Bronze!!

I feel the spirit in them. 残而不废！
i'm really touched. the amount of hardwork to put in to overcome the disabilities..
and we the abled body people complaining with a bit of running or cannot do this and that..
such a shame.
they are strong. much stronger than many of us.
